CLINTON W. WALKER is General Counsel of Barclays in Wilmington, Delaware. Previously, Mr. Walker served as Executive
Vice President and General Counsel of First USA Bank, also in Wilmington. Prior to that he was General Counsel of
Citibank (Maryland) N.A. in Towson, Maryland.
He is a member of the Consumer Advisory Council of the Board of
Governors of the Federal Reserve. In
addition, Mr. Walker is a fellow of the American College of Consumer Financial Services Lawyers, former Chairman of the American Bar
Association’s Subcommittee on Privacy and serves on the Consumer Bankers
Association’s Lawyers Committee. He is
Chairman of the Board of Directors of Connections CSP, an organization devoted
to treating individuals with mental illnesses.
He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Wilmington
Renaissance Development Corporation, Vice President of the Delaware Community
Investment Corporation, Vice President of the Wilmington Lacrosse Association,
and the Board Chairman of Cancer Care Connection. He is married with two children.
